I have spent years working with union members and their families, listening to their questions, learning how their retirement benefits work and helping them make some of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.
What I have learned is that most people are not looking for someone to impress them with financial terminology.
They want someone who will listen, explain things clearly and help them understand whether the retirement they have worked for can support the life they want to live.
That is what Labor Retirement Services is about.

Financial Advisor | Labor Retirement Services
Helping union members and their families make important retirement decisions with greater clarity and confidence.
Good financial planning starts with understanding what matters to you.
Before we talk about investments, retirement accounts or strategies, I want to understand what you are trying to accomplish, what concerns you most and what would make you feel more confident about your future.
You should never feel like you are being talked at or expected to understand financial jargon. My job is to explain your choices clearly, answer your questions and help you make decisions you understand and feel comfortable with.
We start with your goals, concerns, family and the retirement you want to create.
We organize the pieces, explain your options in plain language and identify the decisions that deserve attention.
Together, we develop a strategy designed around your priorities so you can move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
The goal is not for you to become a financial expert. The goal is for you to understand your plan and feel confident about the decisions you are making.
Chuck Gore has spent years working with union members and their families, helping them understand the retirement benefits they have earned and the decisions that come with leaving the workforce.
His work with organized labor has taken him into union halls, job sites, retiree meetings, AFL-CIO events, state conventions and union district meetings — giving him the opportunity to hear directly from members about the questions and concerns they face as retirement gets closer.
That experience has shaped the way he works today: explain the choices clearly, help members understand the consequences of those choices and give them greater confidence in the decisions they make.
